RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the user intends to make a return, he/she must communicate this within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased goods to the following email address: info@carbone1950.it
Improper use of returned items:
The products must be preserved in their integrity and consistency, in order to be put back on sale, they must not show signs of use, they must not be damaged or soiled or worn. In particular, they must be returned in their original packaging with the original tags received with the item. All products must be shipped together with their original envelope and/or box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, any defects must be communicated within 24/48 hours of delivery by email to CARBONE 1950 SAS.
The customer is required to examine the goods received carefully upon delivery and to communicate via email info@carbone1950.it in detail to CARBONE 1950 SAS. within 24/48 hours of delivery, any defects found - or found - following such examination, or to propose any other complaint in relation to the products. In the event that the customer does not make the above communication, the products will be considered definitively accepted and compliant with what is requested in the order.
It is understood that the customer must refuse delivery, by the carrier, of packages with damaged packaging and must, in this regard, immediately inform CARBONE 1950 SAS of the incident; otherwise, the delivered goods will be considered accepted in full in the state in which they are found at that moment.
All returned products will be subjected to careful verification by CARBONE 1950 SAS.
The user is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling of the product other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product itself; any decrease in the value of the product may be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the user.
Return costs are not free, but are entirely borne by the buyer within the timeframes set out in this information, the departure date on the shipping receipt will be valid.
Applicable law, competent court and conciliation body
These general conditions of sale are subject to Italian law and - in the event of disputes regarding their interpretation, application and validity - to the jurisdiction of the judge of the Court of Lagonegro, except for the application of the mandatory law and jurisdiction established by international treaties and regulations in force at the time of the dispute.
