SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
The order is processed the day after the order date and delivered by the courier within 2 (two) working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Special periods / sales or holidays may extend the times indicated above.
The user will be informed of the shipment by email or by telephone. The communication will indicate the products shipped and the reference number of the package to allow constant tracking of the same. CARBONE1950 SAS also reserves the right to change the shipping cost during the validity period of the site. If the shipping cost is higher than that indicated on the site, the relative amount will be communicated by CARBONE1950 SASs to the customer before shipping, which will take place only after the customer has accepted the new amount within 3 (three) days of communication from CARBONE1950 SAS. Delivery is made to the address provided by you, in case of unavailability the storage costs will be charged. If CARBONE1950 SAS foresees not being able to respect the delivery terms indicated above, without any liability towards the customer, it will communicate the new delivery conditions of the product to the customer, who must confirm the order as modified within 3 (three) days of communication from CARBONE1950 SAS
Stock of goods
If the ordered goods are in storage, and if 2 (two)/3 (three) days have passed from the same storage date, we reserve the right to have the goods sent back to our warehouses.
With subsequent contact and agreement, we will send the goods back to the shipping address, applying the costs related to the new transport in addition to those incurred for the return of the goods to our warehouses and the costs of any storage, to the customer who placed the order.
Pick up at the office
You can collect the goods at our store located in Via Trinità Palazzo Cartolano 123 125 127 Cap. 84036 in Sala Consilina (Sa). Collection at the store is free.
The goods booked through the e-commerce site with the option to collect on site will be blocked for 48 hours from the date of the order. In case of failure to collect within the above-mentioned period, they will be put back on sale.
